The 2023 InvestmentNews Diversity, Equity and Inclusion awards illustrate that mission with a panorama of approaches and viewpoints, all validated by results. Approaches to diversity need to be just as varied as the people in the advisory and investing spheres. From individual background to innovative workplace tactics, the people and programs highlighted here — and at the InvestmentNews DEI celebration of excellence in New York City next month — show that there are many paths to progress.
